Walk-ins Welcome.
While we encourage scheduling an appointment, we do welcome walk-clients, however, it is based on availability and if we are busy there may be a waiting period, or you might have to schedule an actual appointment.
Cancellation/ Late Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. We hold your appointments just for you. If you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us with 24-hours notice.
If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment without letting us know, we will have to reschedule your appointment to another time.
Guaranteed Service
We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know before you leave the salon or contact us within 3 days after your service so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected. Any issues reported longer than 3 days from the appointment date will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:
• Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
• Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
• Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
• Anyone who is disrespectful to our technicians, staffs, or other customers.
